COME RICHIEDERE IL VISTO ‘PI’ o ‘E’ (Employment)

La richiesta va fatta on line. Compilare il modulo (scegliendo l’opzione new application) che troverete al link: https://www.visa.gov.bd.

I dati inseriti saranno riportati nel MRV, quindi si prega di compilare il modulo con estrema attenzione, perché l’Ambasciata non sarà ritenuta responsabile di informazioni errate sul visto. Il modulo interamente compilato va stampato (4 pagine con il codice a barre in quarta pagina), firmato e va incollata la fotografia nell’apposito spazio.

Inviare via e-mail all’indirizzo bdvisa.rome@gmail.com:

– La scansione del modulo con la foto

– Lettera di richiesta del BIDA (che deve essere anche inviata via e-mail all’Ambasciata)

– Lettera di invito dal Bangladesh firmata e compilata su carta intestata (deve essere chiaramente riportato di cosa si occupa la ditta) se disponibile

– Lettera in inglese di presentazione della propria ditta firmata e compilata su carta intestata (deve essere chiaramente riportato di cosa si occupa la ditta) se disponibile

Il funzionario valuterà se concedere il visto oppure no, quindi attendere la nostra risposta. Una volta ricevuta la nostra e-mail di conferma che la documentazione è corretta, solo allora si potrà prendere l’appuntamento su nostro sito https://appointment.bdembassyrome.it/

È necessario prendere un appuntamento per ogni passaporto.

Il giorno dell’appuntamento bisogna presentarsi con tutti i documenti originali (modulo con foto+ una foto extra non spillata/incollata e il passaporto), le fotocopie richieste (lettere) e 60 euro in contanti (per passaporto).

Il visto verrà rilasciato non prima di 5 giorni lavorativi. Il ritiro è possibile dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 10.00 alle 12.00 con la ricevuta rilasciata.

HOW TO APPLY FOR ‘PI’ or ‘E’ (Employment) VISA

Please fill in the application form online at: https://www.visa.gov.bd.

The information will be inserted in the MRV, so please fill in the form carefully. The Embassy will not be responsible for any mistakes on the visa. Print the application form (4 pages with the barcode on 4^th page), sign it and glue one photo on the provided space.

Scan and send to the e-mail address bdvisa.rome@gmail.com:

– The application form

– Request letter from BIDA in Bangladesh (BIDA must even send it to the Embassy by e-mail)

– An invitation letter from Bangladesh (if available)

– A letter in English from the company/institution where the person works requesting the visa, with the company profile (if available).

You can get an appointment on our website https://appointment.bdembassyrome.it/. Please note that you must get one appointment per passport. It might be requested to have an interview with the officer and he will decide to issue the visa or not.

The day of the appointment, you must bring all the original documents (application form with photo + an extra photo not attached or glued and the passport), the required photocopies (passports, tickets, letters) and 60 euro cash (per passport). You must have an interview with the officer and he will decide to issue the visa or not.

The visa will be issued after 5 working days. You can pick up the passport from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 12.00 with the receipt.
