HOW TO APPLY FOR A TOURIST VISA

Please fill in the application form online at: https://www.visa.gov.bd.

The information will be inserted in the MRV, so please fill in the form carefully. The Embassy will not be responsible for any mistakes on the visa. Print the application form Print the application form (4 pages with the barcode on 4^th page), sign it (for minors a parent can sign) and glue one photo on the provided space.

Scan and send to the e-mail address bdvisa.rome@gmail.com:

– The application form

– An invitation letter from Bangladesh (must be signed) in English, explaining the travel purpose, the relation with the applicant, precise address and phone number in Bangladesh.

– Copy of the passport of the person who signed the invitation letter.

Once you get a reply from us that all the documents are correct, only then you can get an appointment on our website https://appointment.bdembassyrome.it/.  Please note that you must get one appointment per passport.

The day of the appointment, you must bring all the original documents (application form with photo + an extra photo not attached or glued and the passport), the required photocopies (passports, tickets, letters) and 20 euro cash (per passport). You must have an interview with the officer and he will decide whether to issue the visa or not.

The visa will be issued after 5 working days. You can pick up the passport from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 12.00 with the receipt.

La richiesta va fatta on line. Compilare il modulo (scegliendo l’opzione new application) che troverete al link: https://www.visa.gov.bd.

I dati inseriti saranno riportati nel MRV, quindi si prega di compilare il modulo con estrema attenzione, perché l’Ambasciata non sarà ritenuta responsabile di informazioni errate sul visto. Il modulo interamente compilato va stampato (4 pagine con il codice a barre in quarta pagina), firmato (per i minori può firmare uno dei genitori) e va incollata la fotografia nell’apposito spazio.

Inviare via e-mail all’indirizzo bdvisa.rome@gmail.com:

– La scansione del modulo con la foto

– Lettera di invito dal Bangladesh in inglese firmata, in cui si spiega la relazione che si ha con il richiedente, la motivazione del viaggio, indirizzi e recapiti precisi in Bangladesh.

– Copia del passaporto della persona che ha firmato la lettera di invito

Dopo aver controllato tutta la documentazione vi risponderemo e potrete poi prendere un appuntamento sul nostro sito https://appointment.bdembassyrome.it/. È necessario prendere un appuntamento per ogni passaporto.

Il giorno dell’appuntamento bisognerà presentarsi con tutta la documentazione richiesta (modulo con foto+ una foto extra non spillata/incollata e il passaporto), le fotocopie richieste (passaporti, biglietti, prenotazioni, lettere) e 60 euro in contanti (per passaporto), e fare un’intervista con il funzionario, il quale valuterà se concedere il visto oppure no.

Il visto verrà rilasciato non prima di 5 giorni lavorativi. Il ritiro è possibile dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 10.00 alle 12.00 con la ricevuta rilasciata.
