HOW TO APPLY FOR “NO VISA REQUIRED SEAL”

The information will be inserted in the MRV, so please fill in the form carefully. The Embassy will not be responsible for any mistakes on the visa. Print the application form Print the application form (4 pages with the barcode on 4th page), sign it (for minors a parent can sign) and glue one photo on the provided space. Scan and send to the e-mail address bdvisa.rome@gmail.com: – The application form – The valid Bangladeshi passport (the page with the photo) or the delivery slip of MRP with a copy of the expired MRP or the birth certificate from Bangladesh in case of first MRP. For children without MRP, please send the birth certificate from Bangladesh and copies of the parents BD passports – The Italian passport (the page with the photo and page 5 in case of minors) Wait for our answer.
