Mobile Consular Services in Napoli (07-08 August 2021):
A Mobile Consular Team of the Embassy of Bangladesh, Rome visited Napoli, Italy (07-08 August, 2021) to provide consular and welfare services to Bangladesh nationals.
Following services were provided in 2 days :
Passport applications received : 343
Passport delivery : 25
Certificate issuance : 92
Wage Earners' Welfare Board Membership : 45
Appointment issued for MRP photo change and fingerprint in Rome : 50
Consultations on miscellaneous issues : 150+
The Embassy also organised a Public Hearing (গণশুনানি) on the first day with presence of around 20 service-seekers and community leaders/representatives. The participants welcomed the initiative and shared their valuable suggestions to improve services etc. The officers replied to their queries.
Most of the service-seekers expressed their deep satisfaction about the multiple services provided to a large number of nationals while maintaining covid protocol strictly. The Embassy sincerely thanks the service-seekers and local community leaders/volunteers for their generous support and cooperation.
